Sophie is one of our trainers and delivers a number of HR and people improvement workshops on our behalf.

Biog

Sophie has extensive experience in the HR arena, having been an HR Director for a number of years.  She has been a part of the ted Learning team for 2 years and used to work within the housing industry and has huge experience in this sector.  She has also delivered her own TED Talk and really enjoys working closely with senior leadership teams to drive culture change.
