Job Role
Justin is the Group MD of Squaricle Group & the founder of ted Learning.
He specialises in designing and delivering training in customer service, equality and diversity, management fundamentals, team building & presentation skills.
Justin is the key account manager across our portfolio. He works with our clients to ensure the programmes we deliver are tailored to their specific needs and are dramatically different, engaging and fun. He works with the fantastic team at ted Learning to ensure everything we do is on brand and delivers what our clients and learners need.
Biog
Justin dislikes tinned tuna and bananas with SUCH a passion – the mere sight of them makes him feel physically sick! Don’t even let him smell them!
He LOVES DOGS more than humans, Vinyl (the smell and feel!) John Lewis and literally anything produced by Apple!
Justin used to be a Radio Presenter for several local radio stations and opened several Virgin Megastores in the 90’s with people from Home & Away and The Gladiators! Go Wolf!

Brand Ambassador for ted across the businesses we run, working with each of the Managing Directors to ensure everything we do is Dramatically Different, Engaging & Fun. Responsible for the strategic direction of the Group.
Executive Director – Delivery, Operations & HR
Board Director for Quantet Group responsible for managing the Group Learning Director, Brand Director of ted Learning, HR Manager and working with Managing Director of Digital to deliver blended learning products. Oversaw the development of the curriculum and brought in the training team from ted Learning that was recognised by OFSTED as a Grade 2 for engaging learners.
Managing Director
Responsible for delivery, marketing, brand and digital learning. Expert in delivering and designing Equality & Diversity, ILM Level 3 and Level 4, Management and Customer Service training.
Talent & Learning Consultant (contract through ted Learning)
Brought in on contract to establish L&D department, this role grew to design and develop all courses for 800 + head office staff based over two sites.
