With a background in the health and fitness industry, she has a track record of leading and developing teams and delivering five star service to customers whilst managing and growing the bottom line. It is this experience that provides Anne-Marie with the reality that front line colleagues and first line managers face as they constantly strive to do their best whilst handling angry customers; upset colleagues and demanding bosses!

After the birth of her first child, she decided that if she was to return to work, it would have to provide her with real purpose – she knew her heart was in learning and development and so began a new career in further education, designing and delivering vocational training within Marketing; Management; Customer Service and Business Administration. Here she trained colleagues within NHS; Goodyear Dunlop; 3M Healthcare and Massey Ferguson before deciding it was time to set up her own business as a Learning and Development Consultant.

Anne-Marie believes in balance – She loves eating and drinking with good company, and often has her head in a cookery book, planning when she can feed friends and family. She ran the London Marathon in 2013 then promptly hung up the trainers – preferring holidays – both adventures with friends in Amsterdam and Ibiza, or trips to Wales and France with the family with a real love of watching the sun go down.
